Unlock Condition: Knock over 10 traffic cones during the skate from Rockford's house.

Chapter: 11

There are exactly 10 cones along the route. If you miss one, you must restart the chapter. Cones 1–3 are to the right of the yellow dump truck on the center line. Cone 4 is at the intersection with the school bus ahead. Cones 5–6 are after going under the semi trailer. Cone 7 is in the first section of the construction area. Cones 8–9 are on the right side when the camera switches to overhead; if you miss these, try turning into the blue car on the left to get reset just before the cones. Cone 10 is just past the cars on the left when the camera switches back behind you. This is widely considered the hardest trophy in the game due to the overhead camera angle on cones 8–9. Take it slow and aim wide.
