Use the large paint roller. Move to the top or bottom of a side edge, hold R2 / RT to paint, and roll the full height of the door. Move over slightly to cover a new strip, then roll back across. Repeat until the door is covered. You don't need 100% coverage — there's leeway for small missed spots. The trophy unlocks immediately during painting if you're fast enough.
