This is an auto-running section. Press X / A to jump and Circle / B to slide under obstacles. Obstacles are very obvious — if there isn't a clear hole to slide under, jump over it. Some taller obstacles like fences might look like hits but don't count against you. The trophy unlocks when the cutscene starts before Rockford drops the firework in the trash can.
